INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT POLICY

All designs, graphics, artwork, logos, photographs, product concepts, written content, branding, and other creative materials associated with Arab Collection are the exclusive intellectual property of Arab Collection, unless otherwise stated.

1. PROHIBITED USE

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, resale, tracing, imitation, or commercial use of any Arab Collection design, logo, artwork, branding, or other creative material is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Copying or recreating our original clothing designs or graphics
  • Using, reproducing, or modifying the Arab Collection logo
  • Using the Arab Collection name, branding, or other identifying marks without authorization
  • Creating products that intentionally imitate or closely replicate our designs
  • Taking our product photographs, graphics, or promotional content and using them for another business
  • Reproducing our designs for personal or commercial production
  • Selling, manufacturing, or promoting products containing our intellectual property without written permission

2. PROTECTION OF OUR BRAND

Arab Collection takes intellectual property rights seriously.

Our brand name, logos, artwork, designs, visual identity, photographs, written materials, and other original creative works are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Certain elements may be protected through copyright, trademark, or other applicable legal rights.

Purchasing, viewing, or accessing our products or website does not grant any individual or business permission to reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit our intellectual property.

3. ENFORCEMENT

Arab Collection actively monitors unauthorized use of its intellectual property.

If unauthorized use is identified, Arab Collection reserves the right to take any and all lawful actions available to protect its intellectual property and brand, including:

  • Issuing formal cease-and-desist notices
  • Requesting the immediate removal of infringing content or products
  • Submitting applicable copyright or trademark infringement complaints
  • Requesting removal of infringing listings from online marketplaces and social media platforms
  • Pursuing available legal remedies and monetary damages where applicable
  • Taking further legal action when necessary to protect the brand

Failure to respond to a request to cease unauthorized use may result in escalation through the appropriate legal channels.

4. NO PERMISSION IS IMPLIED

No content appearing on the Arab Collection website, social media accounts, products, packaging, advertisements, or other official channels may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Arab Collection.

Unauthorized use is not permitted simply because the material is publicly available online.

5. REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

If you believe that an individual or business is using Arab Collection intellectual property without authorization, please contact us with information regarding the suspected infringement.

Arab Collection reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
